Terms of Service
By visiting, browsing, or downloading from FilmTV APK (filmtvapk.pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our website.
Our platform is completely open and free to browse. You are never required to register an account, sign in, or share personal information to download files from our servers.
1. Provided Packages & Compatibility Reporting
To provide flexibility, we host both original standard packages and unlocked (mod) builds of FilmTV directly on our servers for personal evaluation, device testing, and backup purposes.
All shared packages and written walkthroughs are offered strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Because Android builds, custom skins, Firestick firmwares, and TV box processors differ widely, performance may vary depending on your device setup. While we are not liable for installation or compatibility issues on individual devices, you are always welcome to report any bugs or non-working builds via our Contact Us page so our team can investigate and attempt to patch or update the package when possible.
2. Brand Assets & Content Removal
All application names, brand terms, and graphical assets mentioned on this site are used solely for descriptive identification and reference. All original written guides, setup steps, and layout design on filmtvapk.pro remain our own work.
If you have intellectual property concerns or wish to request file removal, please refer to our DMCA Policy for our takedown process and response timeline.
3. Acceptable Use & Site Infrastructure
You agree to access this website through standard browsing methods. Any actions intended to bypass firewall protections, overload server resources, run automated scraper bots, or degrade download speeds for other visitors are strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FilmTV APK and its operators will not be held liable for any unexpected software behavior, feature discrepancies, or compatibility mismatches that may occur across different operating system versions and device configurations.
5. Advertising Displays & Updates
We manage and control the advertising placements displayed across this website to fund and maintain our web infrastructure. However, when you interact with or navigate to an external sponsor or outside link, that third-party destination operates independently beyond our platform. We may update these terms periodically, and your continued visits reflect acceptance of revised terms.
For any questions regarding these conditions, please reach out via our Contact Us page.
